Well, this is the season for homeowners --agents as well --to think about and implement home repairs and renovation projects.  I'm no different .. Been thinking about a kitchen renovation for a couple of years now, and this Summer I'm going to make it happen.  I've selected a small contractor company to renovate my kitchen and to up-grade my garage into a usable space (need room to keep my two 80 lb dogs as well as exercise equipment). I actually collected bids from about 5 companies and decided on Desire Contracting.  I liked the professionalism and respect that the contractor displayed during the interview process, and the detail and timeliness of his estimate. I am going to do before, in process, and after pictures so I can track and document the company's work such that I can potentially recommend his services for some of my clients that need repairs completed before going to market. My project start date is June 8th --stay tuned for results....
